The claim is called in to a C.I.S. Claim Processor:

submitted via our secure online

For related damage to insured's vehicle:
 |
C.I.S. can repair any or all damage related to the theft
(i.e. dash, convertible top, interior and related body work (see National
Claim Services). If the insured is to be directed to a repair
facility, direct the insured to that facility and notify C.I.S. with the arrangements.

For all
claims, C.I.S. will:
 |
Take claim information
including claim number, deductible, address, phone number, vehicle
information and replacement/repair information. |
 |
Contact insured within
two hours to introduce C.I.S., discuss claim and review applicable
deductible and or betterments. The C.I.S. representative will ask for
any information or evidence of said equipment or system previously
determined by insurance company’s claim handler. |
 |
Expedite equipment
replacement/repair and bill claim to the insurance company.

If documented or authorized, C.I.S. will offer the
insured several options:
 |
C.I.S. can arrange for the installation at
one of our nationwide qualified installation facilities located near the
insured’s home or work.
|
 |
C.I.S. will issue an installation voucher
which the insured can redeem at the installation facility of their
choice.
|
 |
C.I.S. can ship equipment and any parts directly to the insured if
they choose to install their own equipment.
|
 |
C.I.S. can arrange for a mobile
installation/repair of an insured vehicle. This special circumstance may
incur an additional charge.

If documentation
problems are found:
 |
C.I.S. will contact the insurance
company’s claim handler and inform them of improper documentation. |
Billing:
 |
Radios and small systems:
C.I.S. will bill claim once equipment has been shipped
to the insured.
|
 |
Larger systems and/or
vehicles needing repairs:
C.I.S. will bill once vehicle is
repaired or system is finished.
