Staff

CIS staff is made up of a blend of personalities from several different industries. We have insurance professional with decades of claim adjusting and management experience. We have individuals with HVAC experience from 15 to 20 and even 40 years! In the electronics arena we have many award winning individuals and our combined experience goes well into the century mark. We also have the ability to handle bi-lingual claims with our own staff. In most cases, there is no need for a third party translator. In short, we have the staff and the expertise to get you the most accurate settlement possible.

Facilities

CIS operates out of two locations in the suburbs of Chicago. We have a claims operation center in Bensenville, IL that supports our insurance industry partners. In this location we house our claim handlers. This staff is responsible for day to day handling of the claims assignments. Our warehouse in Broadview allows us to stock the equipment needed to support our claims operations. Warehousing allows us to pass on significant cost savings directly to our customers.

Software

CIS operates its own on-line claim management system (CMS) which allows our industry partners to access and submit claim information 24/7/365. CMS gives the insurance company adjuster direct access to file notes, photos and claim documentation. This eliminates the need to call or email for file status. Adjusters will also enjoy the ability to utilize our “Chat on-Line” feature, which allows your claim handler to chat with any of our claim experts.

Customer Service

CIS attempts to contact every customer and allow them to complete a customer service survey. We pride ourselves on our ability to guide insured’s through the claims process and our dedication shows in our survey results. We have maintained a customer service rating in excess of 94.3 %.
